The exhibit builders, Verne and John, have arrived and begun construction on the major custom pieces of the WonderPlace. The Treehouse has stairs leading up to a large platform where musical instruments will be stored on tree-shaped shelves. The treehouse also attaches to a playhouse with a top balcony. The river market is a miniature reproduction of the Little Rock landmark, complete with market, cafe, and kitchen. The water table will be placed on legs, and the air maze will be constructed this week. Our designer, Becky, has brought along her husband, Bill, who built the wall for the infant area.
